Little Zhuzh Zhuzh LLC runs Katie's Car App. On this page, “Katie's Car App” or “the app” means the product. When we say “we,” “us,” or “our,” we mean Little Zhuzh Zhuzh LLC while it provides the app.

These are the rules for using Katie's Car App. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The short version

• Katie's Car App helps you organize a car search, compare cars and deals, and keep dealer conversations in one place.
• The app gives you information and tools. You make the buying decisions.
• Use the app honestly, lawfully, and only with information you're allowed to share.

What Katie's Car App does

Katie's Car App is a companion for buying a car. It helps you:

• Organize your search. Keep the cars, listings, photos, notes, and test-drive observations you care about in one place.
• Compare the important parts. Look at the fit of the car, the condition of the exact vehicle, the complete deal, ownership costs, and available market information without blending them into one mystery score.
• Use a Shopping Identity. If you add this feature, you get a separate number and inbox for dealer conversations so you don't have to share your personal contact details.

What Katie's Car App isn't

Katie's Car App can help you understand a purchase, but it can't make the decision for you. It does not give financial, legal, or insurance advice, appraise a car, or offer or arrange a loan. Prices, payment ranges, market data, and ownership costs may be estimates. Before you rely on an important number, confirm it with the dealer, lender, insurer, mechanic, or another qualified professional.

Your part

When you use Katie's Car App, you agree to:

• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your login to yourself, and let us know if someone else gets access.
• Use Katie's Car App lawfully and only for your own car search.
• Use the messaging features honestly — don't send spam, harassment, unlawful content, or deceptive messages through your Shield, and don't message anyone who hasn't agreed to hear from you.
• Only upload documents that are yours to share. You choose what insurance information, if any, you give us.

You're responsible for activity under your account. If an account is misused in a way that puts the service or other people at risk, we may pause or close it.

Recording and notes

Calls with dealers and messages sent through Katie's Car App are recorded. We use those records to create your notes and summaries, help when something goes wrong, and improve the app. A Katie's Car App admin may review them for quality and training. We tell you this when you sign up, and you must agree before using the app. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle this information.

Texting

If you opt in, Katie's Car App may text you:

• Login codes.
• Account and listing updates, which may include links.
• Messages you exchange with dealers through your Shopping Identity.

These are service messages, not marketing. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help.

We don't sell your information or share your phone number or text opt-in with anyone else for their marketing. The Texting (SMS) section of our Privacy Policy has the full details.

Your content and our service

What you add to Katie's Car App is still yours. You let us store and use it only as needed to provide the app, as explained in the Privacy Policy. We work hard to keep Katie's Car App useful and accurate, but it may make mistakes or be unavailable sometimes. We can't promise that using it will lead to a particular result on your car purchase.

Changes

The app will change, and these terms may need to change with it. When an update matters, we'll post it here and change the date above. Once the new terms take effect, continuing to use the app means you agree to them. If you don't agree, stop using the app.
